On April 7, Mitchell staff had the opportunity to collaborate with Carole Fullerton on planning and delivering two Math lessons. The mentorship approach to this collaboration session empowered teachers to try new teaching routines and see them being modeled by Ms. Fullerton. Following the lessons, a debrief session concluded the learning, to recap and share our thoughts and learning from the day. Carole is a sought-after numeracy mentor who supports teachers all across B.C. It was quite a privilege for our team to work with her on April 7, and we are thankful for the learning that occurred for both our students and teachers.
