Throughout the school year, many teachers have emphasized the arts in their classrooms. Teachers have also purposely created art projects with buddy classes, as a way to bring together students from various classes to build more connections within the school. In our May Professional Development Day, staff attended a printmaking workshop and created our own "Staff Collaborative Identity" print as a way to bring individuals together. Next year, our goal is to have students create a similar collaborative art project on a school-wide level.
